• Doctor in training: € 150,- (certificate required, please fax to +43 1 40400-78890)
• Retired Doctor/Emeritus Professor: € 150,-
• Specialist (regular): € 250,-

CANCELLATION

Any cancellation should be made via mail or fax +43 1 40400-78890.

• Before November 3rd, 2015: € 25,- cancellation charge
• After November 3rd, 2015: € 25,- plus 50% of registration fee
• After December 3rd, 2015: no refund
