14. ORL - Donau Symposium

Dear Colleagues!

I am honored to announce the 14th ORL Danube Symposium, which will be held in the heart of Austria, in Krems between the 20th and the 23rd of June 2018. Krems is located in the breathtaking world heritage region „Wachau“. The Symposium will be organised by the University Hospital St. Poelten and my team.

The educational and scientific program will highlight the whole spectrum of our discipline with an emphasis on the exchange of knowledge and expirience whitin the Danube region. Congress attendees will have the chance to benefit from scientific exchange during either the formal activities or the informal meetings with colleagues from different countries. We will also have the chance to relax thanks to the opportunities provided by the multiple cultural events, the beautiful landscape and by the superb gastronomic tradition.

The Wachau is an Austrian valley with a picturesque landscape formed by the Danube river. It is one of the most prominent tourist destinations of Lower Austria, located midway between the towns of Melk and Krems that also attracts "connoisseurs and epicureans" for its high-quality wines.
